As part of the Evans Equipment & Environmental family, we built the industrial equipment division to leverage more than 20 years of hands-on, specialized industrial cleaning work. We manufacture our own wash pads, own and maintain our cleaning equipment fleet, and deploy crews nationwide to install, service, and decommission everything we rent. The result is a vendor that knows the application, controls the equipment from build to job site, and charges accordingly. We’re not a reseller marking up someone else’s gear.

Why Evans Industrial

The manufacturing advantage

Most rental vendors buy their fleet. We built ours. That difference shows up on your invoice. When a competitor rents you a pressure washer or a wash pad, they have already paid a markup to acquire it. Evans Industrial has not. We manufacture our own wash pads and own a fleet of over 100 units. Because there is no middleman between the factory and the job site, we deliver the same output at better rates.

The service model

One agreement covers the full scope: equipment, delivery, installation, maintenance, and decommission, anywhere nationwide. Our crews are Evans employees, not subcontractors. The team that installs the pad or equipment is the same team that services and removes it. Before equipment ships, our technicians conduct a 24-point inspection, and our 24/7 emergency support means a Sunday breakdown gets the same fast response as a weekday call.
