Who we serve
Built for Tank Farms
Every tank out of service is capacity you're not getting paid for. At Evans, we supply the high-volume cleaning equipment, ventilation, and pumps that get a storage tank back in action, sourced from one vendor and serviced by our own crews.
The problem
Off the Clock Until It’s Clean
Out-of-service time is lost storage.
Tanks come down for inspection and cleaning on a rotation, and every day one sits open is a day it isn't holding product.
Sludge and bottoms make entry the hard part.
Heavy hydrocarbon bottoms are slow to move, and any tank entry brings vapor and confined-space hazards.
A rolling schedule needs gear that's always there.
A tank farm cleans tank after tank across the year. The risk is a one-off vendor booked out when the next tank is scheduled.
How Evans solves it
Evans sizes the volume to the tank and keeps the fleet ready for the next one.
Volume is sized to the tank.
High-volume hot-water cleaning, led by the heated bean pump at 23 GPM and 3,000 PSI, configured to the tank before it ships so the out-of-service window stays as short as possible.
Bean pumps cut the bottoms and fans clear the air.
Bean pumps and pressure washers break down sludge and scale, AOD pumps move bottoms and water out of the tank, and Coppus blowers deliver confined-space ventilation up to 16,000 CFM.
The fleet is ready for the next tank, and the one after.
Evans owns its fleet and runs every unit through a 24-point inspection before shipment, so the right equipment is available across your whole rotation from one vendor.
