The workhorse for heavy-duty cleaning. 5 GPM at 5,000 PSI of hot water for product residue, scale, and stubborn industrial buildup. Available as a single unit, dual setup, or skid-mounted.
A lighter-touch option when 5,000 PSI is more than the job needs. 3 or 6 GPM hot water configurations. Available as a single unit, dual setup, or skid-mounted.
Get 23 GPM of hot water at 3,000 PSI for large tanks and high-production cleaning. Trailer-mounted with a 500-gallon water tank, 300 ft hose on an electric reel, and an integrated heater.
Diesel-powered compressors that run pneumatic tools, AOD pumps, and ventilation equipment on site. The 185 CFM handles most standard jobs; the 425 CFM steps up to high-demand applications with dual-pressure modes for flexibility.
Air-operated diaphragm pumps for moving water, sludge, and product waste during cleaning operations. Aluminum body for durability and chemical resistance. 2″ pump moves up to 160 GPM; 3″ pump moves up to 230 GPM.
Critical ventilation for confined-space tank work. Pull vapors out or push fresh air in. Up to 16,000 CFM airflow. Aircraft aluminum housing, 20″ – 24″ 150# API mounting flange.

Before equipment ships, our technicians conduct a 24-point inspection to ensure top quality and continuous service. Breakdowns are rare. But if one happens, we have a replacement on the road within hours, any time of day.

Refinery & Petrochemical Turnarounds
On a turnaround, every day down is millions in lost production. Evans ships the full cleaning scope on one PO: hot-water pressure washers, high-volume bean pumps, and confined-space ventilation. Delivered, set up, and serviced by our own DISA-enrolled and ISNet-certified crew.
Tank Farms & Storage Tanks
Cleaning large storage tanks and tank-farm vessels is high-volume work, which is where most setups bottleneck. Evans bean pumps and 5K units move and apply 250°F hot water at the rate the job needs, AOD pumps evacuate sludge, and jet fans keep the space ventilated for safe entry.
Marine Holds & Emergency Response
Marine hold cleaning runs on vessel schedules, which can be unpredictable. A ship hits port and the clock starts. Evans runs three or more after-hours callouts a week with the same crew handling setup, the work, and breakdown.
For contractors: own the full scope
Most of what Evans rents goes out through contractors who re-rent to the plant. When you source the complete liquid scope from one vendor, you walk in with everything the job needs and no gap for a competitor to fill. Evans handles the sales materials, 3D drawings, and on-site support. You cut the PO.

Both, depending on the unit. Pressure washers (5K and 3K), bean pumps, and jet fans are available to rent or buy. Air compressors and AOD pumps are rental only. Evans Chemicals are sold directly with your solution.
For planned jobs, we schedule around your timeline. For emergencies like a ship coming into port at 1 AM, we can have equipment on the way within hours.

Yes. Evans Industrial is DISA enrolled and an ISNetworld member contractor, certified to work inside refineries and petrochemical facilities, so there are no compliance delays at the gate.
Either. Most customers rent the full scope on one agreement, so they don’t have to coordinate multiple vendors. Individual units are available too.
Evans Industrial crews handle delivery, testing, startup, and decommission. Due to our 24-point inspection, little to no maintenance is required on site. Evans technicians are available for 24/7 support as needed.
