Information we collect
When you request a quote, call, or email us, we collect what you give us: name, company, job title, phone number, email address, project location, and the scope details you describe. Nothing on this site requires an account.
Our web host and analytics tools also record standard technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and time on page. We use it to understand which pages help customers scope work and which need improvement.
How we use it
To prepare and send pricing, availability, and configuration recommendations for the work you described.
To follow up on an open quote, coordinate delivery and installation, and service equipment already on your site.
To meet contractor compliance obligations — DISA, ISNetworld, and customer-specific safety qualification programs.
To improve the site and our equipment documentation.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — hosting, email, CRM, and delivery partners — and only what those providers need to do the work. We also disclose information when required by law or to protect our people and equipment.

Retention and security
Quote requests and project records are retained as long as needed to serve the account and satisfy legal, tax, and insurance requirements. We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it by calling 225-351-1165 or using the contact form. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Children
